Refund policy

Effective Date: June 6, 2025

Thank you for shopping with Kids Dressy – NSU Design. All items are custom-made; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. Please read the following carefully:

  1. No Returns or Exchanges

    • All products are made to order. Once production begins, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted.

  2. Damage or Defect Reporting

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us on the day of delivery by emailing nsutasarim@gmail.com with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

    • Once we verify the defect or damage, we will either:

      • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

      • Issue a store credit equal to the item’s purchase price.

    • We do not offer cash refunds; only replacements or store credit are available for verified defects.

  3. Order Cancellations

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing nsutasarim@gmail.com.

    • After 24 hours, no cancellations are possible as production begins immediately.

  4. Shipping Costs

    • For verified damage or defect claims, Kids Dressy – NSU Design covers return shipping costs and sends the replacement free of charge.

    • For all other reasons, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
