Shipping policy

  1. Order Processing & Production

    • After payment is confirmed, we send you an Order Confirmation email and begin making your custom item.

    • All products are made to order. Production typically takes 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Turkish public holidays). Delays may occur during peak periods or official holidays.

  2. Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

    • We ship all domestic orders via UPS.

    • Delivery within Turkey usually takes 2–4 business days once the package has left our facility.

    • You will receive a UPS tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Once UPS picks up your package, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

  3. International Shipping

    • We ship international orders exclusively via UPS.

    • Europe: 2–5 business days

    • USA & Canada: 3–5 business days

    • Other Regions: 5–10 business days

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

    • You will receive a UPS tracking number by email once your package ships. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when UPS picks up the shipment.

  4. Tracking & Customer Support

    • After your order ships, you’ll receive a UPS tracking link. You can monitor delivery status directly on the UPS website.

  5. Delays & Exceptions

    • Delivery timelines are estimates. UPS transit times may be delayed by customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure, or UPS operational issues.
