After payment is confirmed, we send you an Order Confirmation email and begin making your custom item.

All products are made to order. Production typically takes 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Turkish public holidays). Delays may occur during peak periods or official holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

We ship all domestic orders via UPS.

Delivery within Turkey usually takes 2–4 business days once the package has left our facility.

You will receive a UPS tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Once UPS picks up your package, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

We ship international orders exclusively via UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
